Capacity: 240 ml
Brewing time: 3-5 Minutes depending upon the roast.
Grind size: Coarse grind.
Blend recommended: Rea Medium Dark Pure Coffee.
Roast recommended: Any. Water temperature above 94 degree celsius.
Proportion of coffee: 10g of freshly ground coffee powder for every 100ml.
How to brew:
1. Add 10g of coffee powder into the brewing chamber. Add 200ml of hot water over the coarse coffee powder.
2. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes depending on the colour of the roast.
3. Press the plunger gently to seperate the coffee beverage from the powder.
4. Pour the freshly brewed coffee in cups.
